Using the site

By accessing HappyMap you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Listings are informational

Happy hour times, prices, deals, and other venue details are provided as a guide. We work to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee a venue will be running a listed deal on any given day. Always check directly with the venue before making plans that depend on a specific deal or time.

HappyMap is not a booking, payment, or reservation service. We do not take orders, hold tables, or process transactions on behalf of venues.

Featured listings

Some listings are marked as Featured. These are paid placements that may appear earlier in lists or with additional visual treatment. Featured status does not affect the accuracy or completeness of the underlying happy hour information.

Venue claims

If you submit a claim for a venue you operate, you confirm that you are authorised to manage that venue’s information. We may verify ownership before granting access. We reserve the right to decline or revoke claims at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or republish our listings without written permission.
• Submit false claims or misrepresent yourself as a venue owner.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent technical protections, including rate limits on our forms.

Intellectual property

The HappyMap brand, logo, design, and original content are owned by us and protected by copyright. Venue names, logos, and photos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify and describe the venues listed.

Liability

HappyMap is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on listed information, third-party venues, or any service connected through the site, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
