Taco Tuesday is alive and well across the Bow Valley. El Toro, Cabeza Grande, and Anejo all run weekly Tuesday-night specials with $3–5 tacos and discounted margaritas. Most venues offer a vegetarian option (rajas, mushroom, or cauliflower) alongside al pastor, carne asada, and chicken tinga. For the full taco-and-marg experience, look for venues running both deals concurrently — usually 5–9pm on Tuesdays. A few spots extend the deal to Sundays or run Wednesday burrito nights as a follow-up. Outside Tuesday, Mexican happy hours focus more on chips-and-guac specials than tacos themselves.
